Refund policy

Refunds go through
the store you bought from.

Planar Pro is sold by Apple and Google, so they hold your payment and they issue refunds. Here is how to ask, and what we can do on our side.

iPhone · App Store

Ask Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you bought with.
  2. Find Planar Pro in the list, choose “Request a refund” and a reason.
  3. Apple reviews the request and replies by email, usually within a few days.

Apple decides under its own refund rules. We are not able to see or issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Android · Google Play

Ask Google, then us

  1. Within 48 hours of the purchase, request the refund from your Google Play order history. Google handles it directly.
  2. After 48 hours, email us at [email protected] with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA).
  3. We can refund through Play ourselves and will reply when it is done.

Your order number is in the purchase email from Google Play and in Play › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history.

Cancelling is not a refund

Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge and keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions, not in the app. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel anything.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime is a one-off purchase with nothing to renew. The same store refund routes apply. If a refund is granted, Pro switches off and your documents stay on your phone exactly as they are, including any beyond the free limit.

Pro missing after you paid?

That is usually a restore, not a refund. In the app go to Me › Planar Pro › Restore purchases, signed in to the same store account. If it still does not appear, write to us with the store and the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. [LEGAL REVIEW: EU 14-day withdrawal wording and any market-specific terms]
